Missing / Incorrect Items

I had originally given Sunset Electronics a 5-star review but I am still waiting for one of the promised items and have also received an item that I cannot use. I selected this package as it had a carrying case for the Sony HDR-FX7 listed in the specs. The case I received, however, is not made for the camera and is no way large enough to carry the camera. Additionally, I’ve waited two months for the memory card and continue to wait.
The customer service reps seem responsive but I’m not sure if I’d get this stuff if I didn’t keep following up.
I’ll change my stars if I can ever resolve these issues.
